I am a sasoned MEL Specialist/Data analyst with a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics & ICT, I help Programs/Projects to build strong MEL systems, frameworks, and robust data collection tools for effective measurement of program indicators (KPIs), program monitoring, and learning. Having four years of experience while working with MasterCard-funded programs, I specialize in building tools that take data directly from the sources to upper-level management while performing necessary analysis in real-time, this ensures accountability, and transparency of data, and enables program management to make informed decisions to improve the project’s processes, activities, and policies.

Design and refine relevant MEL documentation including Theory of Change, MEL frameworks, MEL Plans and Indicator Tracking tools.
Design and implement project-specific Monitoring Information Systems (MIS) for data collection analysis and visualization.
Lead the execution of field-level data collection activities in the project including farmer registration and profiling, GIS data collection, routine monitoring of farmers' performance, surveys, and assessments.
Lead the development of data collection methodologies, plans, tools, and budgets for every routine and periodic (surveys) data collection activity.
